
	While entering the restaurant room you feel a wonderful sensation for the uniqueness of the place, and soon your sight is captured by the large windows which offer an excellent view of the ancient tile roofs, of the green hills studded with small villages kissed by the sun and, on the horizon, of the Apennine Chain with the majestic profile of Mount Pollino.
Very skilful chefs provide delicious food. Every dish is exquisite: from the elaborate and delicious starters, the main and the 2nd dish matched with the most vintage wines, to the delicious desserts; everything is skilfully and artistically introduced. Fish and meat barbecue soirées are organized with good music for the pleasure of both body and spirit.
